You know the Meow Mix® commercials with the cats singing the Meow ReMixes?

Yeah, you do, because those commercials are solid gold that make a cat lover want to throw their paws up and party!

While we’ve been jamming and crooning along with the supurrstar cats of the ReMixes, the kitty talents have been elusive stars kept at a distance. But now, through their Meow Music page, Meow Mix® has introduced us to the cats responsible for such bangers. And not only do we get the bios of the celebrity kitties, Meow Music keeps readers up-to-date on every shred of celebrity gossip and fashion news in the feline world!

The Names You Need to Know

Pop Diva Luna

Luna might be a diva, but she’s earned the title rightfully. She’s worked hard to find success, coming from the streets to find her place in this world. Critics say her debut album, Claws Out, “may be the most important musical statement of the last 20 years.”

As Meow Music reports, “Emulating her singing idols such as Clawdia Furr and Kitty Keith, Luna went from the bedroom to the local open mic stage, where her 14 brothers and sisters loudly supported every show.”

Country Duo Heart & Paws

This talented and furry duo can proudly claim, “No matter what they play, never had a boot thrown at them.” And that’s something when it comes to the feline musical scene! Especially when you learn Heart and Paws came up playing honky-tonks after a chilly reception on the Nashville scene. Every bar they played, the duo found new fans.

On their return to Nashville, “the music establishment just couldn’t ignore them any longer. Since then, their legend grows with each chart-topping release.”

Gatocito, Master of “Paw-Pumping Jams”

Gatocito may have come “up on the wrong side of the alley in sunny Miami,” but now he’s making all the right moves, especially in the studio. And everything this master brings the fans is an authentic treasure.

“The streets where he played soccer as a youth, his teenage shenanigans at Biscayne Bay, his favorite after-hours clubs – everything is fodder for his inventive lyrics, and every lyric drips with truth.”

Black Metal Divinity Endless Hiss

Sophisticated and aggressive, Endless Hiss is a glaring of talent comprised of vocalist Lord Purrdition, Wampvs, Hollenkatze, and Gravvenfluff. Together, these toms of black metal touch the primal places inside most fear to tread with their “yelps from beyond the great unknown.”

“Lord Purrdition mixes themes of social awareness laced with esoteric mysticism into his lyrics, which, combined with the pummeling melodies, has inspired a legion of young cats who are looking to change the world.”

Sweet Teddy Pepperpaw, Jazz Genius

You’ll never see this cool cat without sunglasses. Sweet Teddy Pepperpaw came to the drums and music because he just couldn’t sit still as a kitten. The jazz inside him was already trying to make its way to the world through his busy, little paws. And thanks to that energy, the world knows some of the most innovative jazz pieces ever made.

“From his earliest works, Sweet Teddy has been a visionary and a maverick. Always ahead of the curve (and sometimes the critics), he’s a composer, arranger and improviser par excellence.”
