Delivery Time Estimates:

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We use a variety of carriers to deliver your order, depending on which product you order.  If you will be receiving more than one package (i.e. coming from 2 different locations), you should receive an email immediately after your purchase notifying you.

All carrier info. and estimated delivery times are listed below.

Domestic Orders:

  • CustomCat Items* (ships from Detroit, MI) and ships via UPS Mail Innovations/ UPS Sure Post (final delivery made by USPS): 5-7 business days.
  • Warehouse items: 3-5 business days transit. Ships from Anaheim, CA

*All apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve shirts, tank tops, etc.) and mugs.

International Orders (outside of USA):

***Please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

  • CustomCat Items* (ships from Detroit, MI) and ships via UPS Mail Innovations/ UPS Sure Post (final delivery made by local mail service): 4 weeks.
  • Warehouse Items: Ships from Anaheim, CA via Globegistics (final delivery made by local mail service): 3-4 weeks.

*All apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve shirts, tank tops, etc.) and mugs.

Get Your Order Sooner With Expedited Shipments:

  • Delivery available Monday – Friday only.
  • Please provide street addresses only for expedited shipping (UPS & FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes).
  • Expedited shipping orders MUST BE PLACED BY NOON PST (Mon-Fri) to qualify for same day shipping. Orders placed after Noon PST will ship next business day.
  • Made to order printing items (mugs, ornaments, apparel, towels, embroidery etc.)  Please allow 2-3 business days production time before it ships.

Please note that expedited shipping orders MUST BE PLACED BY NOON PST to qualify for same day shipping. If ordering PRINT-ON-DEMAND items, please add up to 2 business days for products that are made to order (i.e. all apparel and mugs).

How to Track My Package!

All orders will be emailed a notification within 24 hours of the time your order ships. Please click on the following carrier links and input your tracking number (given to you in your email) for the latest status on your package! Note: It can take some carriers up to  24 – 48 hours for the carriers to update their system and for your package to show progress from the time it leaves our warehouse.

Amazon Shipping Service:  iHeartCats orders shipping from our Anaheim, CA location and weighing over 1 pound are sent  via Amazon Shipping Service. A live tracking link will be emailed to you from noreply@amazon.com. Deliveries sent via this shipping service are made 7 days a week by either Amazon delivery or USPS.

Since our delivery times and shipping costs vary by product, please add desired item(s) to your shopping cart. The shopping cart page will display a delivery estimate  below each item and total shipping charge toward the bottom of the cart page.

**Please note that international customs fees will most likely apply to all shipments outside the USA. Unfortunately, iHeartCats.com is unable to control these charges. We currently do not offer shipping to Albania, Algeria, Crimea – Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen.
