Delivery Time Estimates:

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We work to ship it out as quickly as paw-sible! 

Standard Shipping – Domestic Order Delivery Times:

  • CustomCat items (Printed items – apparel, ornaments, mugs and travel mugs, etc.) Allow 3-5 business days for production and 5-7 business days transit. Ships from Detroit, MI via UPS with final delivery made by USPS.
  • iHeartCats items – Ships in 7 days from CA (Please allow 11- 14 business days for customized embroidery products).

International Order (outside of USA) Delivery Times:

Transit times vary, but typically take 3 weeks once shipped.

  • CustomCat items: Allow 3-5 business days for production. Ships from Michigan via UPS with final delivery made by local mail service.
  • iHeartCats items: Ships from California via Globegistics with final delivery made by local mail service.

Below are some common destinations and ETAs:

Canada: 10 – 20 business days

UK: 12 – 20 business days

Australia: 14 – 21 business days

**We currently do not offer shipping to Albania, Algeria, Crimea – Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey and Yemen.

Domestic order expedited shipping info (Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air):

  • Delivery available Monday – Friday (Next Day Air) 
  • Delivery available Monday – Saturday in most locations (2nd Day Air)
  • Please provide street addresses only for expedited shipping (UPS & FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes).
  • Expedited shipping orders MUST BE PLACED BY NOON PST (Mon-Fri) to qualify for same day shipping. Orders placed after Noon PST will ship next business day.
  • Custom embroidery items please allow 11 – 14 business days production time before it ships.
