For a shelter cat, every day can feel like a nightmare. Day after day, they wait in overcrowded shelters, watching potential families pass by and hoping someone will finally choose them. But as space runs out, too many cats are left waiting with no forever home in sight.
This month, we’re teaming up with our new rescue flight partner, Pilots to the Rescue, to help them fly from North Carolina to New Jersey where there are open spaces and better chances of being adopted. Together, we’ll fly at-risk shelter cats out of overcrowded shelters and into welcoming shelters where they’ll have more space, more resources, and a better chance of finding loving homes.
