Kelli Brinegar

Kelli Brinegar has been surrounded by cats her entire life, and though she's a cat lady, she's also shared her home with dogs over the years. She currently lives with seven cats, Ren, Allan, Violet, Corbie, Tia, Harrison, and Frenchie, and has spent years independently studying feline behavior and the unique ways pets communicate with us. At iHeartCats and iHeartDogs, she enjoys writing about cats, dogs, and informative articles that explore the “why” behind the things pets do. Life in her home is never quiet, with thunderous paws racing through the house, wild play sessions, and plenty of sweet, purring cuddles that always make her smile.
