The Denver Dumb Friends League has partnered with Uber to raise money for animals in need while giving humans the chance for some relaxing kitten therapy.

This Friday, October 28 between 11 AM and 3 PM, Denver residents can use their Uber app to request a visit from a cluster of adoptable kittens-on-demand.

There is a $30 “snuggle fee” for every 15 minute session – a small price to pay for a warm, purring ball of stress relief delivered right to your door! Uber in turn makes a donation to the DDFL for every #UberKITTEN session.

This is the second year that Uber has partnered with the DDFL for a one day kitten delivery event. Last year all 9 of the kittens found forever homes thanks to #UberKITTEN.

The event – held in honor of National Cat Day – inspired folks to visit the shelter and adopt older cats as well. An incredible 57 additional cats found homes last year!

Get ready Denver – the kitten icons start showing up on Uber’s mobile app around 11 a.m. indicating where the kitty-cars are located across the city. If you want the chance to reserve a session with these mobile cuties be ready to tap that screen!

Local Classic Rock station, 103.5 The Fox ordered up a batch of kittens during last year’s event. Check out their adorable video below!

If you don’t live in Denver, all is not lost. Austin, Chicago, DC, New York, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle have had similar Uber events in past years. Follow Uber on Facebook to find out if carloads of adoptable kitties are headed to your town!
