What do you get when you combine four cute rescue kitties and a cat lover who shops with purpose? A purrfect miracle! You cat lovers helped make it possible for former ferals Hami, Sami, Rico, and Suave to find their forever, and they all thank you for helping to make it happen!

As outdoor cats with no homes, these four wild kitties struggled for survival every day. Being a feral cat often means not knowing where your next meal will come from. You’re left to fight with other cats or wild animals for resources, which can lead to injury and pain. And there’s always the threat of parasites and diseases. But many animal rescues, like Pawsibilities Are Endless in Windsor, Missouri, often work to ensure these community cats have a better life through TNR.

Ferals Can Be Friendly Too

TNR stands for Trap-Neuter-Return, and these nationwide programs have seen thousands upon thousands of feral cats trapped so they can be spayed or neutered, receive vaccinations, and have their ear tipped to signal they’ve been fixed and vaccinated. Afterward, most of these wild toms and queens are returned to their colony sites.

“Not all, not even a high percentage, of Trap Neuter Return cats are friendly enough to be brought into foster care and eventually adopted,” explained Pawsibilities Are Endless.

But among those hissing and spitting wild ones, some kitties will be discovered as friendly felines who might enjoy a home with humans. And Hami, Sami, Rico, and Suave were four such cats who charmed their way off the streets and into foster homes.

“All four of these cats were trapped during trap neuter return programs, ear tipped, vaccinated and altered but were friendly enough they were brought through the rescue and eventually adopted!”

And because you shop with us, you make it possible for rescue and TNR groups to care for feral cats like these four.

And to date, the GOODS program has delivered over 578 million meals to shelters and rescues across the country. That’s more than 6,000 truckloads delivered to hungry animals!

Receiving these donations saves shelters and rescues big bucks on food, so they can focus on the cost of getting kitties fixed and healthy, with Pawsibilities sharing, “We can spend more finances on medical thanks to the GOODS Program!”

So cat lover, keep shopping, and you’ll keep feeding kitties in need. For that, Hami, Sami, Rico, Suave, and all the cats who’ve benefitted from The GOODS Program say thank you!
