If you’re looking for a job that’s meaningful and full of cats, and you happen to have the kind of flexibility that’ll allow you to relocate to the other side of the world, you’re in luck! Sisters Sophie and Ellie Close are opening up a cat cafe in Manchester, England this summer and they’re hiring!

The cafe will be hiring all kinds of staff including baristas, front of house, managers and assistant managers, but what we’re really excited about is the Cat Nanny position.

“The role of a Cat Nanny is to look after the general wellbeing of the Manchester Cat family alongside encouraging customer interaction with the cats,” the job description reads. “You will be required to look after the cats and the customers to the highest standards at all times. Shifts for Cat Nannies can be around the clock, when the café is both open to the public and closed.”

The ideal Cat Nanny will have experience caring for cats, have the ability to multi-task, be computer literate, and will have a friendly and approachable persona. Sound like you?
