Taro just made my day. He is known as the cat who waves his hand to get attention from his humans–just like the Beckoning Cat figurine.
His humans gave him a cute beckoning cat. When Taro noticed its gesture, he began imitating it by standing up and raising his two hands. Just by observing, he finally learned the proper gesticulation. There were a few tries but on the last part of the video, it’s already showing how Taro mastered the beckoning motion. I was taken aback by how quickly this kitty could catch on!
