Watching this video brought back a childhood poem for me: The Owl and The Pussycat by Edward Lear. It was rather a silly, nonsense type of poem, but I loved how sweet and playful the owl and cat were towards one another. Much like these two in this video. They might be a rougher version of the cat and owl in the poem (and they might not have sailed the sea in a beautiful pea green boat) but they are rather into one another!

I think these two beautiful creatures have been friends for the longest time. I love their rapport and the easy way they play together shows that they have been together for quite some time. Don’t you just love how they jump and sail over each other? Somehow, though they have already been tamed, there is still so much freedom in their spirit that can never be completely conquered and tamed by man.

Watching two types of animals get along is such a trip for me. I’m just amazed at their camaraderie and if you think about it, the respect they give each other. Their bond truly shows and it is a precious thing!
