5 Holiday Movies Featuring Cats

We all love holiday movies, but for cat lovers, it’s even better if one of the main character is feline. Here is a list cat-themed Holiday movies.

#1 – The Nine Lives of Christmas (2014)

This Hallmark Channel movie is definitely the best one on the list. An adorable stray tabby cat teaches a self-professed permanent bachelor how good it feel to love and be loved.

#2 – Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever (2014)

This brand new Lifetime Original Movie features the real Tarter Sauce (aka Grumpy Cat). It’s not great, but it’s a movie the whole family can watch. And it has a cat, so there’s that.

#3 – Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About Christmas (2012)

If you are a Dr. Suess fan, you will like this movie. The Cat in the Hat, along with Sally, Nick, and of course, the Fish, work together to grant a Christmas wish of a broken-hearted baby reindeer.

The famous black cat is back and this time he has to stop a professor from creating the biggest blizzard of all time, which would cancel Christmas. It’s not the original animation we grew up with, but still fun to watch.

#5 – Christmas with the Kranks

While the cat in this movie is not “center stage,” she does keep popping up in some of the best scenes. AND, she helps teach Mr. Krank the true spirit of the holiday: forgiveness, love, and giving to others.
