Animal rescues can vary a lot. While all rescue situations are incredibly important, some situations are much more urgent than others, much like this next one.
Employees of the Redding City Fire Department discovered a pipe with a kitten squeezed tightly inside. The pipe was no bigger than 2 inches wide. It’s amazing he was ever able to slide in! And since the kitty didn’t have any room to move, they needed to make sure to cut the pipe open near the kitty’s head, while also avoiding any injuries to him. Talk about a challenge! Thankfully they were up for the challenge and jumped right in. They slowly and very carefully cut the pipe. After several minutes of anticipation, we can hear the most adorable meows from kitty to tell the world that he’s okay. We’re so thankful to the men for saving this little guy!

We are so relieved he made it out safely! No more pipe adventures for you, little one. <3

Does your cat have a crazy-amazing rescue story too? We’d love to hear about it! Feel free to scroll down to the bottom of this page and share it with us in the comments section.
