Being too curious is one of every cat’s innate characteristics. Because they always want to make sure to establish their territory, they always check on whatever is unusual.

In this case, the cat has been digging in the sand, trying to catch whatever it is that’s caught his interest. I was thinking it was a worm but it made me laugh really hard as I finished the video. Watching this cat’s eagerness to discover what is lurking underneath the sand is very entertaining!

The idiom “curiosity killed the cat” may apply to this. Felines can get so nosy about the unusual things happening in their surroundings. Too focused on the movement without realizing it’s just a piece of stick all along! Funny kitty!
