Thousands of kittens are born outside every year.
Some are abandoned. Others are born to unfixed cats living in mobile home parks, alleys, and behind businesses. Without intervention, the cycle never stops.
Just one female cat and her offspring can produce up to 180 kittens in a single year. Over time, that number can grow into thousands of cats struggling to survive.
Many communities view these cats as pests. Some residents are even warned not to feed them or face the consequences (including fines and eviction). But removing cats doesn’t solve the problem. New cats move in and continue breeding. Trap Neuter Return (TNR) is the only humane solution.
If we can fund these life-saving TNR kits in time, our rescue partner Karlee’s Angels will be able to trap, treat, and protect dozens of homeless cats this season. If the cats are not feral, they are adopted out and live a much better life.
