Minowz once called a feral cat colony home, but in caring for the clowder of wild kitties, a Feral Kitty Trapper Rescue volunteer discovered this fluffy tab would really make a great housecat. That discovery was made because of food donations you helped fund. How, you ask? By simply shopping with iHeartCats, that’s how!

When you shop with iHeartCats, every single purchase funds donations for felines in need. Whether you purchase a cute cat shirt for yourself or supplements for your cat, that cart full of goodies gives compassion. Through our partnership with Greater Good Charities, we ensure shelter cats receive food and other necessities while waiting for their forever home.

Good Food Leads to Good Home

To date, the GOODS Program has delivered over 578 million meals to shelters and rescues nationwide. That’s more than 6,000 truckloads delivered to hungry animals! When it’s feral cat colonies you’re feeding, you anticipate every delivery because those kitties can sure eat.

And it was during a kind lady’s feeding of a colony that Minowz stepped forward to show he was a cat who might enjoy a home. The colony caregiver swooped the big tabby right up and found a forever spot for the not-so-feral kitty. But without the food donations that enabled the care of the Minowz’s colony, this happy ending might never have come to pass.

As Tomika with Feral Kitty Trappers explained, “Without the food and supplies to feed feral cats, Minowz may not have been rescued.”

Just think; without funds, those food donations can’t happen. And that’s why YOU are such an important part of the rescue mission that sees cats like Minowz find their purrfect fit. So, keep shopping, cat lover; we’ve got lots more felines to save!
