Orchid was discovered during a TNR effort in El Monte, California alongside her siblings Jasper and Lilac. She was tiny, frightened, and completely unfamiliar with human touch. When she first arrived at Furry Friends Los Angeles, she hissed and hid, doing everything she could to protect herself from a world she did not understand.

But in just a few short days, something began to shift. With patience and gentle care, her fear softened into curiosity. Now six weeks old, Orchid is learning how to trust, play, and simply be a kitten.

She has come so far in such a short time, but she still needs support as she continues to grow, heal, and prepare for a loving home.

Jasper was found during a TNR effort in El Monte, California with his sisters Orchid and Lilac. He was small, scared, and unsure of the world around him. When he arrived at Furry Friends Los Angeles, he reacted the only way he knew how, with fear, hissing and keeping his distance.

But Jasper did not stay that way for long. With consistent care and kindness, he is beginning to open up. At just six weeks old, he is discovering play, comfort, and the safety of human touch for the very first time.

Lilac was rescued during a TNR effort in El Monte, California with her siblings Orchid and Jasper. She had never known human care and was fearful and defensive when she first arrived at Furry Friends Los Angeles.

Now, just days later, Lilac is beginning to trust. At six weeks old, she is learning how to play, eat on her own, and accept the care she once resisted. Each day brings small but meaningful progress.

She is on her way, but she still needs help to grow strong and find the safe, loving future she deserves.

Sam arrived at The Animal Protection League with his siblings Cinnamon Roll and Aggretsuko as a stray at just under two weeks old. He was fragile, vulnerable, and completely dependent on care to survive. Found on someone’s property, he had no safe place to grow.

Now, he is beginning to come to life. This tiny tuxedo kitten is starting to play and explore, even engaging with his siblings as he discovers the world around him. But at this age, every day is critical, and he still relies on constant care and support.

Sam’s journey is just beginning, and he needs help to keep going strong.

Cinnamon Roll came to The Animal Protection League with her siblings Sam and Aggretsuko as a stray at just under two weeks old. She was small, vulnerable, and in need of constant care from the very beginning.

Despite her rough start, she is already showing a big personality. The largest of her litter, Cinnamon Roll is full of energy and curiosity. She is always ready to play and often wakes her siblings up to join in. Her foster mom says she is the reason there are rules.

But beneath her playful spirit, she is still just a tiny kitten who depends on others to grow and thrive. She needs continued support through these early, fragile weeks.

SPONSOR AGGRETSUKO

Aggretsuko arrived at The Animal Protection League with his siblings Sam and Cinnamon Roll at just under two weeks old. As the smallest of the litter, he has had to fight harder from the very beginning.

As the runt, he is more fragile and needs extra care to stay healthy and strong. He makes sure he is never forgotten, crying out whenever he needs food or comfort so someone will come to him.

He may be small, but his will to survive is strong. Still, he depends on constant care and needs support to continue growing and gaining strength.
