Cat mom Alana and kitty Beano call Ottawa, Canada, home, but people know them worldwide as Beano is “TikTok Royalty.” With almost eighty-five thousand followers on TikTok and sporting just about four million likes, Beano captures hearts quickly with his fabulous, fluffy black fur and silly ways!

And one thing that gets this good cat acting his silliest? His automatic feeder. The love he has for the yummy cat kibbles inside the feeder brings him running every time he hears the feeder dispense. Capturing some of Beano’s finest food dash moments, Alana showed us the meaning of true love in a TikTok video that’s garnered more than eleven million views.

Automatic Love Brings A Boy Running:

Beano loves food. That’s an obvious statement as Beano is a cat, and felines have a fondness for food. But Beano’s love of vittles reached another level. This handsome cat loves food so much he’s drawn to his automatic feeder like a moth to a flame.

Whether getting pets, napping, or just hanging out, it doesn’t matter what Beano might be doing, when he hears the automatic feeder make a deposit, he goes running. And not just running, but scrabbling in one place for a second before becoming a shadowy blur on his way to eating. Nothing stops Beano from dashing to the feeder when it drops food!

A commenter on TikTok asked if the sound of it dispensing woke Beano from his sleep, and Alana said, “You bet!”

Now that’s devotion. Alana further proved how deep Beano’s dedication to the feeder runs with a post showing the feeder can’t even be moved without attracting feline attention!

Oh, the subtle nuances of living with a cat!

Capturing Life with a Cat

It’s these subtleties Alana celebrates by sharing videos of her and Beano just living life. And in each post, cat parents can indeed find something that relates to their lives with kitties. For example, a recent video highlights the struggles of cleaning the litter box only to have the feline pooper immediately climb in to create mess again. If you’ve got a cat, you’ve definitely been there before!
