If you’re going to survive life in Anchorage, Alaska, you’d better learn to love the snow – even if you’re a cat! Sara Okleasik’s 2 kitties Chubs and Onikah have embraced the snow life in a big way.
Not only do they enjoy a frolic through the white stuff, they have even learned to pull each other in their own mini dogsled setup. A “cat-sled” if you will.

Okleasik, grew up in Nome, Alaska where dog sledding is a way of life. She got the idea for the mini kitty sled after leash-training the sister cats.
