If you have just rescued a kitten, making sure they are properly fed is absolutely necessary. Kittens need to receive enough nutrients to survive if they are without their mother’s care. Feeding can be best achieved using a bottle that is perfectly designed for newborn animals. As much as possible, the drops should be minimal. This practice takes lots of patience and it takes time for the little ones to get used to the taste of the milk and how the milk flow works with the bottle.
This video shows how this kitten eventually grew to understand the nature of feeding bottles. The first few moments were tough for the kitty but the good thing about these kind humans was, they never gave up. It is really important to help this cat stabilize her nutrition but they need to practice precaution as kittens are prone to overfeeding. Just consider what is enough for the day!
