Cat With Rope Around Her, Carried Her Baby To A Safe Place To Rest

| July 21, 2024

When this beautiful cat gave birth to a litter of kittens, their ‘noisy antics’ disturbed her owners, and they cruelly kicked the cat family out. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the owners, who had tied a rope around the cat to keep her in the yard, shooed her away without untying her. As she walked the streets, the rope became tangled, making movement difficult. But the devoted mother cat wasn’t deterred. She carried her babies, one by one, in an attempt to find a safe place for them to rest.

A man saw the cat struggling to walk and made his way over. He took one of the kittens from her mouth, but as he tried to free the mother cat from the rope, she ran away. She didn’t trust the man’s intentions. Thankfully, he had a snack in his pocket and offered it to her. She was so hungry and eagerly ate from his hand.

Hidden in a bush behind the mother cat, the man saw another one of her kittens. He continued to search and found the rest of her litter. Now, it was time to remove the green rope that ensnared her body. The man was thrilled that he had made progress with the protective mama. But then, she took another one of her babies and ran off.

Her Life and Her Kittens’ Lives Were Thrown Away
Her Life and Her Kittens’ Lives Were Thrown Away

A heavily pregnant calico cat was abandoned in a plastic bin bag, left to die alone and in agony. Tragically, the cat went into labor before she passed, but none of her kittens survived. Sign this petition to urge authorities to investigate this heartless act!

Again, the man followed. The mama cat hid inside a shed and laid on top of her baby, unwilling to part with her. The cat’s past trauma had affected her deeply. He had to win her over in order to save the entire family. He went home and retrieved a full bowl of food. The smell wafted through the air and the mama cat couldn’t resist. She came running, and soon the entire cat family was reunited again.

The man fell in love with the cats and decided to adopt them all. What a wonderful ending to a tragic story! We are eternally grateful for this rescue.
