Weird backs

I ordered these earrings because I thought the coloring was beautiful
However the backs, the part you use to secure the earrings, is shaped like a ball and I have been unable to.remive them which means no.way to get the earrings in my ears. IF I could get the backs off I would use a,different way to secure them but no matter what I.try they are impossible to remove.
