Photographer Photoshops His Cat Into Famous Artwork–And It’s Purrfection!!

| November 7, 2015

I’d have to say, us cat lovers have a great sense of humor! We find things witty that many others may not, but maybe that’s just because those non-cat folk just aren’t on our level–if you know what I mean:)

Based out of Bucharest, Romania, Eduard Cîrstea (pronounced kurr-stah) is a photographer and self-professed feline enthusiast. And like any cat lover, he has a cat that he adores. One day while working, his cat, Chistoc, came prancing around and struck a pose, and the rest was sort of history! From that first time, Eduard knew he could use his cat for something special with his talents, but what?? That’s when this clever idea came to mind. Why not add a little purrfection to some classic artwork?

As you can see, Chistoc is no stranger to the camera:

Eduard was kind enough to allow us to share his awesome creations with you, so enjoy! I seriously cannot choose a favorite:) Which one is yours??

If you’d like to see more of his work, please check out his website here.
