Cats can be very sensitive to sounds. Some cats don’t like the sound of the telephone. And they’re very good observers too. Cos they know exactly what to do with the phone to turn off the sound! Just watch the cat in the video below! He definitely knows how to answer the telephone! He’s on the bed, and when he hears the phone ring, he turns to it, and picks it up! And he doesn’t just pick it up, he even answers it!
I can imagine him saying, “Hello…this is cat. Who is this?” LOL!
