Mother Cat Takes In Orphaned Hedgehogs As If They Were Her Own Kittens

| September 25, 2015

Truth be told, a mother’s love has no bounds. We’ve seen videos of cats taking in orphaned kittens, nurturing mother kitties who were eager to love their adopted babies. But sometimes, it’s in these moments when we see a cat’s true personality, the ultimate caretaker, shine through. Cats are completely nonjudgemental (that is, unless you’re an up-in-your-face dog) and a good mama cat has a lot of love to give when it comes to babies in need.

Somya the cat proves that cats are some of the kindest, gentlest animals in the entire world. When 4 baby hedgehogs lost their mother, they didn’t have much of a chance without a mother’s love–particularly a mother’s milk. So they were paired with mama Somya and her kitten, in hopes for a miracle. So what happened next?? As you can see, Somya could care less about their poky quills or lack of fur, she just wanted to give them the unconditional love they rightfully deserved. Just precious!!!
