If you’ve never witnessed how a mother squirrel carries her baby, you’re missing out on one of the most adorable things nature has to offer! Recently, someone managed to capture a heartwarming moment of a squirrel on a mission with her little one. You won’t believe how this clever mom bundled up her baby into a compact, portable package! Over two million viewers have already watched this endearing video online.

In the video, a tiny baby squirrel emerges from a bush, while the mother waits nearby for its return. As soon as the baby scurries back to her, she begins rolling the baby into a neat little ball! It took a couple of tries, but eventually, she got the baby tucked into just the right shape for easy transport. Once she had everything perfectly in place, the mom expertly picked the baby up with her mouth and carried the little one across the grass, as though she was holding a neatly wrapped parcel.

People in the comments couldn’t get enough of this sweet moment, with many finding it amusing how the mom “packed up” her baby.

“I’m absolutely losing it at the way she just rolled him up like a donut,” one viewer wrote.

Another chimed in, “The way she folded him to be more travel-friendly.”

As impressive as this mama squirrel is on the ground, you’d be amazed to see how they manage the same process while climbing! In another incredible video posted online, a mother squirrel is seen using the same technique to carry her baby up a tree. With her front paws, she skillfully folds her baby into a ball, all while holding onto the tree bark with her back legs. Then, with her baby secure in her mouth, she effortlessly scampers up the tree. Now that’s what you call multitasking!

How did a woman in New Jersey accumulate 47 animals - which she then neglected horrendously - after she had already been found guilty of abuse against 99 animals in Pennsylvania? Sign the petition to ban her from ever owning or living with animals in the future!

Imagine if humans could roll up their kids and carry them this way—moms would have both hands free for other things! While that’s not possible for us, thankfully, we have sling carriers, which might be the next best thing.
