Does your cat rule the house? Well in this house, the cats are the bosses! Meet Frances Mooney and Bob Walker; the couple who redesigned their house for their cats! They have 9 cats, and everything in this house is related to cats! From cat figurines, to cat photos, and all other cat items! Their whole house is a big playground for their cats; it’s outrageous!
