Cheech, a newborn ginger kitten, was born on the streets. Mandy, along with an animal rescue group, stepped in and saved his life. after his mama left him behind. The tiny baby was clinging to life, but he was a fighter. The rescue group knew he would pull through! And they were right!
As soon as Cheech was strong enough, he was placed with a foster family who also had a five-day-old Chihuahua named Casanova. The pup was so young they weren’t sure if he’d make it. Cheech sensed the puppy’s struggles and stepped in to become his best friend and caretaker. The tiny kitten held the teensy puppy to keep him warm and assured him that he wasn’t alone.
