“Our dear Dora has never stopped looking for him,” her friend Mimma Bei posted on Facebook. “Who knows where he had been for so long. You won’t understand our dear Dora’s dialect, but it doesn’t matter… Just look in silence, to get excited strongly! ❤❤❤ Dora and Mimmo found each other years after the earthquake… But where has the kitten been all this time!!!”

Despite the years of separation, the cat remembered where his home and heart were. Remarkably, the cat appeared healthy and well-fed, suggesting he had managed to survive quite well on his own.
