Hope For Paws was alerted to a dire situation involving a stray cat that was unable to move. The poor creature had been in the same spot since the previous day, plaintively crying for assistance. In desperate need of medical attention, the plight of this innocent animal was heart-wrenching, making it difficult to comprehend how anyone could subject it to such neglect.
