Pretty Peach arrived in the care of the Skip Program in Millersburg, PA, completely covered in fleas. Not only did she have a flagrant flea infestation and the complications that come with it, but she was so severely malnourished that her bones were showing through her skin.  

Within a few days in their care, it became quite clear that Peach had more severe stomach issues than simply worms. Despite all their efforts, she was still struggling to gain weight. But through Greater Good Charities’ GOODS Program they were able to find the diet that suited her best.

It turns out that Peach’s sensitive stomach required a specialty food that was a high price for such a small rescue with limited resources. Thanks to The GOODS Program the shelter was able to provide Peach with exactly what she needed to heal. Now, Peach is happy, healthy, and thriving in her forever home.

Ahsoka came into the Skip Program after birthing eight beautiful kittens of her own. She was severely malnourished and extremely underweight. While she did manage to care for and feed eight kittens, she was in exceptionally poor health, herself. It was because of the high quality food that was supplied by the GOODS Program that she was able to regain her strength.

Thanks to customers like you, she has doubled her weight and was able to be safely spayed! She has since found her forever family and will be able to relax for the rest of her days.
