Norway has been taking its citizens’ health very importantly and a recent study shows that 175,000 Norwegians have Type 2 Diabetes. Because many don’t even recognize symptoms, they realize they’re sick when it’s too late and there are permanent consequences. Unfortunately, this is also true for felines. To educate people, cat owner or not, of the symptoms of Diabetes, the country’s Diabetes organizations released this music video.
Although it seems silly and is certainly funny, it’s full of helpful information that will protect our feline friends and end their suffering sooner rather than later. If you or your cat are having any of these symptoms, be sure to check with your doctor or veterinarian to rule out Type 2 Diabetes.
